We are currently looking for a Warehouse Officer who is detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and highly reliable in managing inventory operations.

Position: Warehouse Officer

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse activities run efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with SOP. You will manage inventory flow, stock accuracy, storage standards, and distribution processes to support all Eling Group business units such as Spa, Eling Botanica, and others.

Your mission: to ensure accurate inventory management, timely distribution, and high-quality warehouse operations aligned with ELING values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Goods Receiving & Inspection
2. Receive, inspect, and store goods according to SOP standards.
3. Inventory Recording
4. Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately using manual and digital/ERP systems.
5. Stock Opname & Accuracy Control
6. Conduct regular stock opname and ensure inventory data accuracy at all times.
7. Goods Distribution
8. Prepare and distribute goods to all business units (Spa, Academy, Sanctuary, Botanica, etc.) in a timely and organized manner.
9. Warehouse Maintenance
10. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse area.
11. Reporting
12. Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports accurately and on time.
13. Damage & Loss Handling
14. Report any damaged, missing, or non-compliant goods according to procedure immediately.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Management, or related field preferred

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or FMCG industry

• Familiar with inventory management systems (manual & ERP/software)

• Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse goods movement when needed

• Honest, trustworthy, and high integrity

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in multi-outlet distribution or centralized warehouse system

• Familiarity with ERP or digital inventory systems

• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands

• Interest in mindfulness, wellness, and conscious living culture
