As a Traffic Admin, you'll sit at the center of dentsu Creative's day-to-day operations; helping manage workflows, coordinate resources, track project movement, and keep creative teams running efficiently. What You'll Do
- Coordinate the flow of projects across creative, account management, strategy, and production teams.
- Track project timelines, resource allocation, and team capacity to ensure work is progressing efficiently.
- Support scheduling, workflow management, and day-to-day traffic coordination across multiple accounts and workstreams.
- Monitor project status and proactively flag potential bottlenecks, conflicts, or delivery risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and operational reports.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the agency to ensure priorities are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Help create the structure and visibility that allows creative teams to focus on producing great work.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, operations, traffic, or similar roles.
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple moving priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across different teams and personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or project management tools.
- Enjoys creating structure, solving logistical challenges, and keeping projects on track.
