Tax Audit & Dispute Executive

Siloam Hospital looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Audit & Dispute Executives to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing tax audits, handling tax disputes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and refine internal tax policies to ensure compliance with prevailing tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory updates and evaluate their impact on business operations.
• Prepare in-depth analysis and reporting on tax exposure and risks to support management decision-making.
• Provide internal tax advisory support for business transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare, compile, and review documentation required for tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.
• Act as the main point of contact with tax authorities, including providing explanations, clarifications, and follow-ups on audit inquiries.
• Analyze tax audit findings and develop action plans to mitigate potential tax liabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and well-organized records of tax audit processes and related correspondence.
• Manage end-to-end processes for tax objections, appeals, and dispute resolutions in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare strong arguments and supporting documentation to reinforce the company’s position in tax disputes.
• Coordinate closely with internal legal teams and/or external tax consultants to support dispute resolution.
• Represent company in discussions or negotiations with tax authorities to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Holding Brevet AB certification; Brevet C is an advantage.
• Holding USKP A and B certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of taxation, prior experience working in a tax consulting firm is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with tax-related software/applications
• Strong analytical thinking, technical capabilities, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang
