Job Description:

• Responsible for accounting and bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with business substance, accounting standards, and internal company requirements.
• Review and analyze accounting data; conduct monthly comparative analysis and monitor and handle abnormal data.
• Prepare financial statements, ensuring the accuracy of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Manage and prepare data required for internal and external audits.
• Provide and complete materials required for consolidated financial statements.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks, such as preparing SOP manuals and conducting training for new business initiatives.
• Familiarity handling Right-of-Use (ROU) Asset

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Having an experience using Yonyou NC Cloud system is a plus.
• Familiar with accounting rules and entries for fixed assets, payroll, and related items.
• A solid understanding of PSAK / IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken English; able to communicate effectively in English. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and positive working attitude.
• Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred; experience in the express / logistics industry is an advantage.
