Role Purpose:
This role supports the day-to-day operations and execution of campaign delivery across digital and communication channels. The role assists in ensuring marketing campaigns are deployed reliably through channels such as SMS, flash messages, and mobile applications, and contributes to monitoring channel performance to support ongoing improvements in campaign execution and customer engagement.
Scope of Work:
Campaign Platform Support & Integration
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of campaign delivery platforms used for marketing and engagement programs.
- Ensure smooth integration between campaign platforms and communication channels such as SMS, flash message, mobile applications (e.g., myIM3, bima), and other digital touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign delivery processes and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure reliable campaign execution.
Personalization & Customer Experience Enhancement
- Support the implementation of personalized campaign delivery across different customer segments and channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams on targeted messaging requirements and customer journey tasks as directed.
- Carry out assigned testing activities and document results to support the evaluation of personalization approaches.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and compile campaign delivery data and channel engagement metrics on a regular basis.
- Flag operational issues and escalate identified gaps in campaign delivery processes to the supervisor.
- Compile and document campaign performance data and observations to support team improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing operations, campaign execution, digital marketing technology, or channel platform management, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, digital platform, or consumer services industries.
- Exposure to supporting campaign management platforms and communication channels such as SMS, push notifications, or in-app messaging is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and customer engagement technologies.
- Familiarity with digital engagement or marketing automation platforms (e.g., CleverTap or similar tools) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent tools) to monitor user behavior, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms to support performance monitoring and operational insights.
- Basic familiarity with system integration and API-based communication is an advantage for supporting campaign delivery across multiple channels.
Related Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in campaign operations, digital platform support, or marketing technology, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or digital platform industries.
- Experience assisting in the support or operation of campaign management systems, marketing automation platforms, or customer engagement tools.
- Exposure to working with communication channels such as SMS, flash messages, push notifications, or in-app messaging in an operational or support capacity.
- Hands-on experience supporting campaign management systems or customer engagement platforms at an operational level.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and basic system operations to support campaign delivery use cases.
- Experience in monitoring campaign performance and digital channel engagement metrics.
Skills:
- Basic working knowledge of scripting or query languages (e.g., SQL, Python) to support data extraction and analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) at an operational or monitoring level.
- Understanding of campaign delivery channels including SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to support day-to-day operations.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics to support performance tracking.
- Familiarity with API concepts and system integration at a functional level to assist in troubleshooting and coordination.
- Good attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving to support campaign operations effectively.
- Ability to follow established processes, compile data accurately, and escalate issues appropriately to support platform stability.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate across teams and support campaign execution.
