- Develop partnership with ISP & NAP, explore new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision makers
- Selling all IOH’s products to existing customers and new customers base on assessment and customer needs
- Account Management (Manage accounts by priority handling, maintain and grow revenue, and creates project)
- Project Coordination (Manage and maintain coordination with related internal teams to create, manage and maintain project delivery)
- Sales Reporting (Pipeline, Opportunity progress, Revenue Projection, Account Plan, Weekly dan Daily activities, Baseline progress)
- Market & Competitor Analysis (Market Price, Competitors info, Market opportunities, Regulation)
- Maintain Customer by creating Customer Loyalty Program
- First layer in Customer complain Handling
