Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage spare parts storage and inventory effectively.
  • Conduct regular analyses to determine spare parts requirements and optimize stock levels.
  • Oversee and coordinate import processes with relevant teams and persons in charge.
  • Prepare forecast reports on spare parts procurement, including classification (fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock).
  • Supervise warehouse operations and ensure optimal team performance and alignment with brand standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor, or at least 1 year as a Manager, in spare parts or warehouse management within the 4W automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, import duties, SNI standards, and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or WPS Office, as well as SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
