Software Solutions Engineer

Our platforms support job seekers, schools, workforce agencies, and employers through tools such as AI resume builders, AI interviewers, career discovery, job platforms, dashboards, and workflow automation systems.

We are looking for a Software Builder & Architect. This is someone who writes good code, but can also understand business goals, design scalable systems, make technical decisions, and take ownership of building products that work in the real world.

You should have strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys turning business requirements into working software, thinks clearly about system design, and takes pride in building reliable, scalable, and user-friendly products.

This role is for someone who enjoys complexity, ownership, and problem-solving. You will work on products where the requirements are real, the users are real, and the technical decisions matter.

You will not just be writing code. You will be helping to shape how products are built, how systems are structured, how features are delivered, and how our platforms scale.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Node.js / TypeScript experience
• Strong React.js experience
• Experience building backend APIs and full-stack applications
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
• Good understanding of software architecture and system design
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with SaaS, AI tools, HR tech, edtech, or workflow automation is a plus
