Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications tailored for the banking and/or financial services industry.
• Build clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks while managing complex application states for optimal performance.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with robust backend systems developed in Java or .NET.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines to ensure stable and frequent software releases.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from a reputable university with a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including JSX.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and React Native is a plus.
• Strong backend development skills using Java or .NET.
• Proven experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Git repositories and version control workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms is considered a significant plus.
