Software Engineer - Core Banking

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Software Engineer with deep domain knowledge in Wealth Management, Reksadana (Mutual Funds), and Bancassurance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience integrating with or developing on top of Temenos T24 or Wealth core banking systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging modern frontend interfaces with robust core banking backends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Java or Golang for backend services and React Js for frontend interfaces.
• Integrate digital wealth platforms with Temenos T24 APIs (TAFJ, REST, or web services) for real-time data synchronization.
• Implement business logic for Mutual Funds (Reksadana) subscriptions, redemptions, and portfolio tracking.
• Build seamless workflows for Bancassurance policy issuance and premium management within the digital channel.
• Collaborate with core banking teams to ensure data consistency between T24 and digital front-ends.

Requirements:

• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management (Reksadana/Mutual Funds), or Bancassurance systems.
• Core Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with Temenos T24 architecture, interfaces, and data models is a strong advantage.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) OR Golang
• Frontend: Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and security standards in financial systems.
• Must be available for Full Work from Office (WFO) in BSD City.
