Senior Programmer Simulator (Project Based)

Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in principles, methodologies, and best practices for developing simulation systems for testing.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Programmer or in a similar role focused on developing simulators for testing, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strongly preferred: experience in developing simulation systems for testing within the financial sector or other high-precision industries.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Java, or other relevant languages, along with knowledge of related frameworks and libraries for simulators.
• Proficient in communication using Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert in the development, testing, and maintenance of simulators for testing, supporting digital technology initiatives.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure simulator components meet quality, efficiency, and scalability standards.
• Review and validate testing scenarios for simulators, ensuring alignment with testing requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to simulator performance, accuracy, and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of simulator solutions.
