Position: Sales Excellencel Officer

About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Excellence Officer to support the development and optimization of sales reporting systems, data analytics, and business intelligence processes. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining automated sales dashboards and reports, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support business decision-making. The position includes analyzing sales performance data, monitoring key sales KPIs, and providing actionable business insights to improve sales effectiveness. The Sales Excellence Officer will also develop internal tools and applications to support sales operations, manage data pipelines and reporting automation processes, and contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of sales reporting systems.

What You Will Do?

• Develop and maintain automated sales dashboards.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (distributors, internal systems, marketing programs).
• Create and manage automated and periodic sales reports.
• Analyze sales data to support business decision-making.
• Develop internal tools/applications to support sales operations.
• Manage data pipelines, databases, and data integration processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validity in reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams regarding data and reporting needs.
• Monitor sales KPIs and provide business insights.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement of sales reporting processes.

What You Will Need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Power Query, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage timelines effectively.
• Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
• Understanding of sales processes and sales data analysis is an advantage.
