About the Role

As a Reporting Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic financial and management reports under supervision.
• Assist in gathering and validating financial information from multiple sources.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and supporting documentation.
• Support the timely submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records and assist in audit preparation.
• Stay updated on basic financial reporting standards, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Foundational understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Proficient in using Google Suite (especially Google Sheets and Google Drive) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience in a finance or reporting function.
• Familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools.
• Interest in the tech industry and working in a fast-paced environment.
