As a Relationship Officer, you will:

• Actively look into customer needs and assist them in obtaining financial assistance across the entire BCA product line
• Create new customer leads and preserve positive connections by developing rapport and empathy
• Analyze potential borrowers' creditworthiness

This position is for you if you:

• Hold a diploma Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field
• Are not married and willing not to get married during training
• Are willing to undergo an official bond after training
• Are interested in marketing or business field and passionate in the field of entrepreneurship
• Oriented to targets and goals
• Capable of executing the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation
