Quality Associate - 3PM (Contract Position)

The Quality Associate role will be responsible to support the acceleration of project implementation related to quality and regulatory matters at the 3PM plant of PepsiCo.

This role will be a contract position for upto 6 months.

What you will be responsible for:

Support the Quality & Regulatory team in accelerating project implementation related to quality standards and regulatory compliance:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting data related to product quality and production processes.
• Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure compliance with QFS (Quality Food Safety) standards.
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Prepare progress reports and provide recommendations for improvements based on findings.
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives related to QFS Culture Improvement to strengthen awareness of quality and food safety culture across the plant.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology/Pharmacy/Manufacturing/related.
• Eager to learn and highly motivated to gain new knowledge and skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational & project management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to have strong collaboration and teamwork.
