Position: Purchasing Import Export Staff.

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Import Export or Purchasing Import
• Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• Good negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and strong communication abilities
• Good analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on-site in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Import Purchasing Process: Handle end-to-end import purchasing processes and monitor shipment status from ordering until goods arrival.
• Supplier & Forwarder Coordination: Coordinate with overseas suppliers, forwarders, and customs agents regarding shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and import processes.
• Documentation Handling: Prepare and review import/export documents such as PO, invoice, packing list, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Shipment & Customs Monitoring: Ensure timely delivery and smooth customs clearance process for imported goods.
• Negotiation & Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipment arrangements with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Reporting & Record Maintenance: Maintain purchasing records and prepare accurate purchasing and shipment reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material readiness and resolve supply-related issues.
• Issue Resolution: Follow up on shipment delays and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers or logistics partners when needed.
