Role Purposes:
ATI Business Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support one of our clients in a fast-paced, multinational environment. In this role, you will assist the marketplace team by processing referrals, creating purchase orders, following up with clinical providers, and updating recurring orders. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and record-keeping skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Process accepted referrals and create the purchasing order while ensuring all relevant information is included
- Follow-up or reply to any providers regarding referrals and service dates via email with effective communication
- Update tickets for recurring or initial orders while ensuring compliance with the costing budget and service description
- Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
- Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
- Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor
- Perform email reconciliation to the correct ticket with analytical thinking and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills with excellent comprehension
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a role requiring calls with suppliers/customers (preferably in a finance-related role)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (including data entry)
- Experience with Outlook and handling overseas suppliers/customers
- Willing to work 100% on-site
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
