Production Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Job Description:

• Supervise daily production operations (manufacturing, filling, packing, etc).
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet targets.
• Ensure all production processes are performed according to approved SOPs, Master Batch Records, and Work Instructions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards in production operations.
• Ensure proper line clearance, material verification, and status labeling before and during production.
• Ensure implementation of GMP and GDP in all production records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacyst/Apothecary, other related education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Management or related areas.
• Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge in HACCP will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to be based at an overseas manufacturing site.
• Job Type: Fixed-term employment.
