Production Operator

Overview

The Production Operator is responsible for overseeing production activities within the snack manufacturing process. This role ensures adherence to established procedures, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

• Conduct production activities following established working instructions and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Operate machinery and equipment used in the snack manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and promptly.
  
  

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a production operator in a snack or foods manufacturing company
• Minimum a diploma or bachelor's degree (D3-D4 /S1)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Attention to detail and basic technical ability.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
