Product Support Staff

As a Product Support Senior Staff , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate product acquisition processes across the merchandising operation. You will support vendor administration, purchase order management, and reporting activities while working closely with Product Specialists, vendors, warehouse teams, and Finance.

What You’ll Do

• Process vendor registrations submitted by Product Specialists, ensuring all required information is complete and accurately maintained in the system.
• Create and monitor the Purchase Order (PO) process , from vendor selection through goods receipt (GR), ensuring compliance with SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth procurement and product acquisition processes .
• Generate and distribute weekly reports covering RFQ activities, purchase orders, and indent requests.
• Support Product Specialists by handling pricing, stock, and product-related inquiries .
• Ensure timely coordination with Finance for invoice settlement and payment processing in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Maintain and update SKU, vendor, and procurement data within internal systems accurately and consistently.
• Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for administrative and process improvements to support efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in merchandising support, procurement administration, buying support, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of procurement and purchase order processes (RFQ, PO, GR, invoice settlement).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and documentation skills .
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with vendors, Product Specialists, warehouse, and Finance teams .
• Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
