Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, within F&B, Retail, Supermarkets or related industries.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail (zero-error mindset for price updates).
- Disciplined in meeting deadlines, especially for store opening schedules.
- Effective communication for coordinating with existing vendors.
Job Role:
- Execute the purchase of kitchen utensils, equipment, and any indirect supplies specifically required for New Store Openings.
- Proactively monitor and update price master data from existing vendors.
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely within the SAP system.
- Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure that all orders are delivered according to the project timeline.
- Generate regular reports on procurement status, spending for NSO items, and vendor delivery performance.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of price agreements and purchase history.
