Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, within F&B, Retail, Supermarkets or related industries.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail (zero-error mindset for price updates).
• Disciplined in meeting deadlines, especially for store opening schedules.
• Effective communication for coordinating with existing vendors.

Job Role:

• Execute the purchase of kitchen utensils, equipment, and any indirect supplies specifically required for New Store Openings.
• Proactively monitor and update price master data from existing vendors.
• Process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely within the SAP system.
• Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure that all orders are delivered according to the project timeline.
• Generate regular reports on procurement status, spending for NSO items, and vendor delivery performance.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of price agreements and purchase history.
