About the Company

Mulia Industry Group was established on November 5, 1986 as a trading company on goods manufactured by its subsidiaries. It has 2 subsidiaries, PT Muliaglass and PT Muliakeramik Indahraya.

PT Muliaglass is a glass manufacturer with float glass, glass block, glass container, and automotive safety glass as the end products.

PT Muliakeramik Indahraya is a tile manufacturer for floor tile and wall tile as the end products.

About the Role

Planning, monitoring and evaluating production plans, packaging material procurement plans, spare part procurement plans, finished goods stock and delivery of goods to customers to ensure the availability of production plans, packaging, spare parts and finished goods according to needs, as well as delivery of goods according to customer requests correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Planning production plans
• Monitoring packaging material procurement plans
• Evaluating spare part procurement plans
• Managing finished goods stock
• Coordinating delivery of goods to customers
• Ensuring availability of production plans, packaging, spare parts, and finished goods
• Delivering goods according to customer requests correctly and on time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proven experience min. 5 years in the fields of PPIC, Warehouse & Supply Chain/Logistic, with min. 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Fluency in business level English both written and spoken would be an advantage

Preferred Skills: SAP, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, ELS, Six Sigma), Ms. Excel in advance level
