Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of production schedules and plans.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Process and track production orders, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse departments to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.
- Generate various reports related to production, inventory, and material usage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for materials and products.
- Support the PPIC team in analyzing production variances and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding production and inventory status.
- Perform general administrative duties as required by the PPIC department.
Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or PPIC environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
