- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions and other payroll-related items for all OT Group
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including the distribution of payslips and tax reporting
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Liaise with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related queries or issues
- Prepare and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to management
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and recommend process improvements
- Update Payroll SOP and procedure
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll management role, preferably in the Accounting/Finance industry
- Thorough understanding of payroll best practices, labour laws and tax regulations
- Proficient in the use of payroll software and ERP systems (SAP, ProInt, Oracle, etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
