We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a thorough understanding of income tax (PPh21), BPJS, and employee benefits administration. You’ll work closely with the HR and Finance teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment


Job Descriptions :

  • Assist in running monthly payroll using Talenta, ensuring timely and accurate calculations of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Support the payroll cycle by checking input data and coordinating with HR Recruitment and HR Generalist for updates (new hires, resignations, promotions, etc.).
  • Help prepare payroll summaries and reports for Finance, including reconciliation tasks.
  • Assist in calculating and reporting PPh 21 for employees with supervision from supervisor.
  • Support the submission and documentation of monthly tax and BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan reports to relevant departments or consultants.
  • Help ensure statutory deductions and payments are processed correctly and on time.
  • Process monthly medical and transport reimbursements according to the schedule.
  • Assist with insurance enrollments and employee benefit claims processing.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries related to reimbursements and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll-related employee data in HRIS, especially for onboarding, offboarding, salary changes, and contract updates.
  • Ensure data updates are completed within 2 working days after changes occur.
  • Assist in preparing standard payroll and benefit reports as required by HR or Finance.
  • Support documentation during internal and external audits.
  • Help ensure internal policies and procedures are followed in payroll and benefits processes.
  • Support in collecting salary and benefit information from recruitment data or market sources under guidance.
  • Help compile findings for review by supervisor.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll using an HRIS system (e.g., Talenta, SAP, etc.). Proficiency in using Talenta is a plus point.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, PPh 21, and BPJS regulations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Having a tax brevet A&B certificate is a plus.
