- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or Business
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong academic record or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Willingness to be permanently stationed in Palu, Central Sulawesi, or surrounding regional areas
- Manage daily distribution activities at the Palu Gateway to ensure on-time, every-time delivery performance
- Coordinate effectively as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
- Analyze distribution flows and identify bottlenecks to provide data-driven solutions
- Create operational performance reports and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
