Logistic Operation

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy, shrinkage, etc.)
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning and performance management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost
• Handle reporting and operational analysis for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
