Summary Of The Job
To support Legal & Compliance operations by managing document filing, tracking, and administrative processes to ensure accurate, organized, and accessible legal documentation, as well as create a monitoring report to establish corporate governance for internal procedures.

To support Legal & Compliance operations by managing document filing, tracking, and administrative processes to ensure accurate, organized, and accessible legal documentation, as well as create a monitoring report to establish corporate governance for internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize legal documents (contracts, agreements, permits)
- Handle document filing (hardcopy & softcopy) in a structured and auditable manner
- Track and monitor document status (e.g., signing progress, validity dates)
- Ensure proper document version control and naming conventions
- Support internal requests related to legal documentation
- Establish standard reporting related to legal documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) or related field
- 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic understanding of legal documents and corporate law is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to handle administrative tasks with accuracy and discipline
