Role Description

The Legal Officer is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya. The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other compliance-related materials. The Legal Officer will provide legal advice and consultations on business-related and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Additional duties include maintaining records, conducting legal research, and collaborating with other departments to address legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business Law and general legal principles
• Expertise in Contract Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Experience in providing Legal Consulting services
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting legal documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; a professional law qualification is an advantage
• Experience in corporate or commercial law is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools is a plus
