Job Descriptions

Provide strategic legal advice to the business team, focusing particularly on employment matters, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and mitigate legal risks
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements or legal documents related to various business activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Conduct legal research on a wide range of matters, including laws, regulations, and precedents, to support informed decision-making and ensure legal compliance across the organization
Independently or collaboratively settle disputes, both non-litigation and litigation matters, with external lawyers, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing legal costs and risks
Collaborate closely with the Industrial Relations team to provide advice, support, and guidance on employee and industrial relations matters, including handling cases and addressing day-to-day activities
Act as the enforcer of internal policies and company regulations within the holding and subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application and adherence to legal and regulatory standards throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university
At least 1 year experience in the related field but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Experience or familiarity working with dispute/fraud cases and industrial relation cases will be advantageous
Having PKPA Certification or already passed the Advocate Bar Exam
Good knowledge of digital transformation technologies and their impact
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work and meet the deadlines
Able to work remotely and/or going out of office to the law enforcement bodies
Experienced on review and drafting agreements and basic legal conduct
