About the role

You will deliver Dunamis Leadership & Execution solutions through engaging facilitation and, depending on your experience and capability, consulting engagements. You will help clients connect learning with observable behavior change and business outcomes.

We welcome experienced trainers and facilitators, as well as professionals with broader consulting experience. Your contribution may focus on facilitation, consulting, or a combination of both, based on the capabilities you demonstrate during selection.

What you will do

• Facilitate training, workshops, focus group discussions, and learning conversations that engage participants and connect concepts with workplace application.
• Understand client context and learning needs; work with solution designers and colleagues to develop or adapt modules, participant materials, and facilitation methods.
• Prepare sessions, coordinate delivery requirements, and maintain accurate materials, documentation, and timely program reports.
• Evaluate learning outcomes, use participant and client feedback, and improve content and delivery methods.
• Build constructive client relationships, collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and support Relationship Managers in client discussions and solution presentations as needed.

For candidates with consulting capability

Your responsibilities will also include diagnosing client needs through interviews, surveys, observation, and data analysis; designing practical solutions; and managing engagements from diagnosis and design through delivery, evaluation, and follow-up recommendations.

You will manage scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and client sign-off; support implementation and client advisory; and contribute to technical proposals, effort estimates, and the development of consulting tools and methodologies.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business or Management, Organizational Development, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a trainer or facilitator, or in managing learning and development programs, with evidence of hands-on facilitation.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to guide discussion, manage group dynamics, and make complex ideas practical.
• Ability to design learning activities and materials, understand organizational context, and assess whether learning objectives have been achieved.
• Excellent spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia, professional writing skills, and the ability to build trust with participants, clients, and colleagues.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, collaboration, integrity, learning agility, and a commitment to helping others develop.
• Understand client business priorities, performance drivers, and trade-offs; connect leadership development and execution solutions with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Confidence using presentation, collaboration, and virtual learning tools; readiness to learn Dunamis solutions and complete required product certifications before delivering certified programs independently.

Additional requirements for consulting responsibilities

• Relevant experience in HR, organizational development, or training consulting, typically 2–5 years, with demonstrated involvement in at least 1–2 client projects covering diagnosis, solution design, and delivery.
• Group facilitation experience reaching at least 50 participants cumulatively, with at least one training delivery portfolio.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills, understanding of organizational structures and business processes, and the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to manage project delivery and client expectations, prepare clear proposals and reports, and communicate professionally in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficiency in assessment and workshop tools and advanced MS Office use; readiness for client site visits and travel when required.

Experience that adds value

Corporate or B2B facilitation, learning design, coaching, consulting project management, operational experience in a corporate organization, or pre-sales support. Relevant professional facilitation, training, instructional design, or FranklinCovey product certifications are also valuable. Active English is an advantage for facilitation-focused candidates.
