About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lab Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on promoting and selling laboratory services to corporate clients, clinics, doctors, and walk-in patients, while building strong relationships to achieve sales targets and support the growth of Siloam Hospitals Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for laboratory services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, and clinics.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operational flow.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably laboratory or hospital services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel for client visits and business development.
