Kerja E-Commerce Specialist

• Responsible for sales targets, marketing budgets, and key metrics (GMV, CR, profit)
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including strategy, product listing, promotion, and order fulfillment
• Optimize product visibility through keywords, content, and advertising
• Execute promotional campaigns and develop high-performing products
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine strategies

Syarat Pekerjaan

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce
• Experienced in managing online stores across major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Lazada)
• Fully understand the platform operation rules, possess solid e-commerce basic knowledge, and have a deep understanding of consumers and market insights
• Tough personality, quick action, able to withstand work pressure, willing to accept new challenges Proactive, strong learning ability, able to quickly accept new things
