Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' programming experience in Javascript, Python, Bash Scripting and Powershell Scripting; and Minimum 1 year working on ServiceNow ITSM / CSM platforms is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Knowledge of API management / API development as well as design patterns architectures such as thin clients and microservices;
- Experience in web development (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS), Web Services integration (e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and Database development (e.g. MySQL, NoSQL and SQLServer);
- Skills / knowledge in both mobile and web Ul / UX design;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and solid experience in full SDLC in workflow projects.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and experience in ServiceNow administration.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, and ITAM, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and willing to learn and pick new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement ITSM and CSM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Asset Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Understand infrastructure components and their integration within ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems using APls and web services.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and data integrity checks.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential Issues.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful platform integrations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
- Document solutions, processes, and changes for knowledge management and training purposes.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
