Creatorz Group

Creatorz Group is looking for an HRD / Recruitment Specialist to help us attract, recruit, and select the right talents across our growing business ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who is strong in recruitment, creative in sourcing candidates, and able to support basic HR administration.

About Creatorz Group

Creatorz Group is a growing business holding company with multiple business units across creative industry, marketing, influencer marketing, media, talent management, community, events, and retail business.

As the group continues to grow, we need an HRD who can support hiring needs across creative, business, operational, and retail-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various roles across Creatorz Group.
  • Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, communities, referrals, campuses, and professional networks.
  • Create creative recruitment approaches to attract the right candidates.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and prepare candidate shortlists.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with users and management.
  • Maintain candidate communication and recruitment database.
  • Support onboarding, employee data management, probation monitoring, and basic HR administration.
  • Help build a positive and organized people culture across the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Creative in finding and attracting candidates, not only waiting for applicants.
  • Familiar with recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, job portals, referrals, and communities.
  • Organized, communicative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency.
  • Able to work with different users across multiple business units.
  • Comfortable handling both office-based and operational recruitment needs.

Plus Points

  • Experience in creative industry, agency, media, startup, retail, or fast-growing company.
  • Able to create job vacancy content or recruitment campaigns for social media.
  • Has a strong network in creative, business, retail, campus, or professional communities.
  • Basic understanding of MBTI, DISC, or psychological assessment is a plus.
