Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HRD Manager at PT Selular Indo Pratama (Felixindo), located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HRD Manager will oversee human resource development, manage employee performance, and lead HR initiatives to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include designing HR strategies, implementing HR-related systems, fostering employee career growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with various teams to support an engaging and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resource Development and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and Career Management strategies
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee and organizational performance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and best HR practices
