Position Overview
As the Head of TechOps / IT Support, you will lead technology operations, workplace IT, service desk, endpoint management, user support, and IT operational excellence. This role is critical to ensuring reliable technology support for internal users, business units, and operational teams.

Responsibilities
- TechOps & IT Support Leadership
- Lead IT support, service desk, endpoint management, and workplace technology operations.
- Ensure reliable support for users across business and operational functions.
- IT Service Management
- Own SLA, escalation, incident handling, ticketing, documentation, and support quality.
- Improve IT support processes, governance, and service delivery standards.
- Asset & Access Management
- Manage hardware, software, device lifecycle, access provisioning, and IT asset tracking.
- Partner with information security to ensure proper access control and endpoint security.
- Operational Excellence
- Improve automation, reporting, knowledge base, and support efficiency.
- Ensure IT operations can scale with the company's growth.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop TechOps / IT support teams.
- Build a service-oriented and accountable support culture.
- Strong experience in IT operations, TechOps, service desk, infrastructure support, or enterprise IT.
- Experience managing IT support teams and operational support processes.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ticketing systems, endpoint management, IAM, device management, and asset management.
- Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and service mindset.
- Experience supporting large-scale operational businesses is highly preferred.
