Job Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for managing corporate regulatory functions, licensing, product compliance, and government relations to ensure business operations comply with applicable regulations and support sustainable business growth.

Job Description

1. Ensure company operations, products, and business activities comply with applicable national and international regulations.
2. Manage licensing and certification processes including product permits, business licenses, import-export permits, and regulatory documentation.
3. Monitor regulatory changes and assess potential impacts on business operations and compliance requirements.
4. Build and maintain strategic relationships with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
5. Coordinate with QA, Logistics, and related departments regarding product certification and operational compliance requirements.
6. Oversee customs, SKI, SNI, and other regulatory processes to support operational continuity.
7. Collaborate with consultants, notaries, and external partners to support licensing and regulatory activities.
8. Represent the company in matters related to regulatory authorities and government compliance.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or related field.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, government relations, or related areas.
3. Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal documentation processes.
4. Familiar with HSE standards, import-export regulations, and product certification processes.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Excellent analytical thinking and risk mitigation capabilities.
7. Experience handling government institutions and industry associations is an advantage.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex regulatory and administrative processes.
