Graphic Designer - Offset Printing Packaging

Job Description

• Create and develop packaging designs (boxes, labels, inserts, etc.) based on client briefs
• Prepare and adjust artwork to be print-ready for offset printing machines
• Coordinate with Sales, PPIC, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility
• Perform prepress file checking including color settings, fonts, overprint, trapping, and other technical requirements
• Revise designs quickly and accurately based on client feedback
• Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in offset printing is a major advantage)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of prepress and offset printing techniques (CMYK, dieline, color separation, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under deadlines
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a multi-SKU environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in offset printing companies specializing in packaging (FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics)
• Experience handling files with regulatory standards (BPOM, etc.)
• Familiar with printing workflows such as proofing, plate making, and finishing
