Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical conditions, and identify changes requiring medical intervention.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy accurately and safely according to physician orders and hospital policies.

- Encourage patient and family participation in care planning and decision-making.

- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient case discussions.
