As a Finance Senior Staff, you will support daily financial operations by ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare basic financial reports, and help maintain organized financial records. You will also work closely with the operations team to ensure costs, payments, and financial data are aligned with business activities. Your role is important in keeping financial processes running smoothly and supporting the company’s growth.

What We’ll Work On Together

• Prepare general ledger and journal entries by maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Prepare internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing data from the general ledger and relevant departments
• Maintain and balance the automated consolidation system by inputting data, scheduling required tasks, and verifying accuracy
• Prepare payments to vendors/suppliers and ensure all payments are processed on time
• Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of orders and bank accounts
• Record incoming and outgoing transactions accurately on a daily basis
• Ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably within the consumer electronics, gadget, or mobile industry
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting software/systems
• High initiative, responsible, and agile
• Willing to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and business needs
