What you'll do:

As Finance Director you will play a central role in shaping the financial direction of a multinational manufacturing enterprise. • Support Board and Audit Committee activities by delivering high-quality financial reporting and facilitating effective governance frameworks.
• Liaise proactively with shareholders, investors, banks, government authorities, and external auditors to support investor relations activities and respond to key financial inquiries.
• Partner closely with plant operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to improve operational performance through budgeting, forecasting, product costing, inventory management, CAPEX evaluation, and manufacturing performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, financial risk management strategies, capital structure optimisation, and funding initiatives.
