- Handle daily financial transactions, including document input and three-way matching processes.
- Ensure accurate classification of all transactions according to the Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Prepare, post, and record journal entries accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of all financial and accounting records.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and general ledger balances.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date accounting records, schedules, and supporting reports.
- Provide support during closing and audit process.
