• Have experience to make visits to customers regarding installments

Job Description

• Conducting visits for collection to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears in their respective buckets
• Conducting investigations and searches for Tunaiku customers who are in arrears
• Negotiating the settlement of Tunaiku arrears
• Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process
• Responsible for achieving the set targets
• Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets
