Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/SMA/SMK Jurusan IPA.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, returns handling, or quality control.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows: inbound, returns processing, inventory, and outbound.
• Attention to detail and consistency in decision-making. Proficiency in Spreadsheet for logging and reporting (e.g., daily returns summary, defect tracking).
• Familiarity with SOPs for returns and quality inspection. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and have high integrity towards product quality.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team, and perform well under pressure.
• Will be located at Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess returned products based on appearance, functionality, and packaging.
• Classify items accurately into: Sellable (Good), Damaged, or Quarantined categories.
• Collaborate with inventory, QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely disposition of returns.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on return trends, defect types, and restocking rates.
• Identify potential fraud or misuse in return patterns.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards during inspection.
