Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and improve revenue. You will nurture partnerships with both our existing and new top-tier merchants to accelerate GrabFood's growth.
We value motivated experts who move quickly, take ownership, and achieve targets. If you enjoy challenges and are excited to help our Merchant Organization succeed, we want to hear from you. This is a contract position based onsite at our Jakarta office, reporting to the Manager.

The Day-to-Day Activities
- Strategic Relationships Maintain engagement with high-profile merchants to identify needs and provide solutions for sustainable growth.
- Collaboration Work with other teams like Marketing and Operations to provide a seamless and high-quality merchant experience.
- Growth and ROI Use data and Measurement analysis to grow merchant basket sizes, improve profitability, and build customer loyalty.
- Marketing and Synergy Develop impactful co-marketing campaigns and explore collaboration opportunities across Grab services like OVO and GrabExpress.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
- Includes experience managing partners and driving revenue growth.
- Involves qualifying prospects through discovery conversations and making data-driven decisions.
- Requires prioritizing sales opportunities based on an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in our environments.
- Includes experience managing people and partners while developing efficient processes.
- Demand professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Requires good experience with the on-demand and food delivery industry.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect and engagement strategies.
