Responsibility:

This is a full-time WFO role for a Customer Service (English and Bahasa) position at Concentrix in Jakarta. The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Have Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in English is a MUST, minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
