Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales operations, including quotations, requirement confirmations, invoicing, payment collection, and compliance with financial procedures.
  • Maintain customer and partner relationships through record updates, follow-ups, confirmation letters, visits to schools/prospective partners, and handling customer issues or complaints.
  • Support sales growth through promotional activities, school canvassing, market research, identifying opportunities, and participating in marketing events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance by preparing sales reports, tracking achievements, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions to improve targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management to improve sales effectiveness, develop SOPs, enhance processes, ensure quality standards, and perform additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Sales
  • Candidates with a background in education sales are highly preferred
