Job Responsibilities
1.Driver Onboarding & Training
- Coordinate onboarding processes including document verification, training schedules, and operational briefings.
- Ensure all new drivers understand company SOPs, service standards, and delivery procedures.
2.Driver Performance Management
- Monitor driver performance metrics such as attendance, delivery completion rate, punctuality, and customer feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, retraining, or disciplinary actions when necessary.
3.Driver Engagement & Retention
- Maintain good relationships with drivers and address operational concerns to improve engagement and retention.
- Support initiatives to improve driver satisfaction, productivity, and loyalty.
4.Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain accurate driver data, documentation, and employment records.
- Ensure driver compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
5.Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve driver recruitment processes, onboarding efficiency, and rider management systems.
- Plan driver allocation and manpower planning based on forecasted demand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mass recruitment in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery.
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment or field hiring.
- Deep understanding of driver or field workforce management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with operational teams and drivers.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Willing to work on-site and occasionally visit operational locations.
