Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
- Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and retention through performance marketing
- Improve website/landing page SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical SEO)
- Manage CRM and lifecycle campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reports and insights
- Explore and test new growth channels and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor Degree's, have an experience in Online Ads Strategy / Performance Marketing in Media Agency/ Brand Consultant, Fintech, Banking, FMCG, and other companies with hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Have a strong analytical skills (funnel analysis, campaign optimization, data interpretation) and able to use analytical tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication in Indonesian and good english communication.
